Charlotte Mechanical - Website Redesign

Charlotte Mechanical wanted to redesign their site to strengthen SEO, clean up outdated content, and make it easier for customers to schedule appointments. I served as the project manager, coordinating closely with design and development to keep everything aligned. My role included reviewing mockups, translating requirements for the development team, managing timelines, and QAing the build to ensure the final product matched both the technical goals and the visual direction. I also contributed directly to some of the development work to help keep the project moving smoothly.
